Before people place an order, they often want to know what the next few days will look like. That is a reasonable thing to want, especially when you are sending a personal question to someone you have never met. This post walks through the whole path on my website, from the basket to the email that brings your drawing, reading or recording, so you know what to expect at each stage.
One basket for everything
Everything I offer goes into a single website basket. You can put a drawing, a written reading and an audio activation in the same basket and check out together. You do not need to place separate orders for different kinds of work.
My work is priced in three currencies. The drawings are in US dollars, the written readings are in euros and the audio activations are in Canadian dollars. At checkout, each currency group is paid separately, by card, eligible wallet or PayPal. If your basket holds items from more than one group, you complete one payment for each. It sounds more complicated than it is: the checkout shows you each group clearly and you pay them one after another.

Separate context for each personal item
Each personal item in your basket has its own context. If you order two drawings, for example one for yourself and one for a friend, you fill in the details for each separately. This keeps every piece of work clear, and it means I never have to guess which note belongs to which order.
For the drawings, context is optional. For the Psychic Drawing of Future Child, you can give me a name and a short family note. For the written readings, the context field is required, because a reading needs a question to answer. For the audio activations, you can leave an optional note for me if there is something you want me to know.

Your order confirmation
Once your payment goes through, you receive an order confirmation email. Keep it, and keep your order number with it. That number is the quickest way for me to find your order if you ever need to write to me.
From that point, your order is with me, and nobody else handles it.
I complete each order personally
Nobody else makes my work. I read every question myself, I draw every portrait myself in pencil, and I prepare every written reading myself. When I sit down with your order, I read the context you sent, hold your question, and begin.
I mention this because some people assume a small studio online must hand work out to others. Mine does not. That is also why each product has a delivery window rather than an instant result: it takes time for one person to do the work properly.
Delivery windows
Everything arrives by email, to the address you used at checkout. Each product has its own window, shown on its page:
- Future Partner Portrait: USD 29, within 48 hours.
- Psychic Drawing of Future Child: USD 29, within 72 hours.
- Higher Self Drawing: USD 29, within 72 hours.
- Written readings (Psychic Question, Three-Card Tarot Prediction Reading, Akashic Records Question): EUR 10 each, within 48 hours.
- Audio activations: CAD 9.99 per MP3. The protected MP3 download link is sent by email after purchase, within 48 hours at most.
For the drawings, what you receive is a digital image of the finished pencil drawing. For readings, you receive the written answer. For activations, you receive the download link for the recording.
If your basket held several items, each one follows its own window. A reading has a shorter window than a Future Child drawing, for example, so the two may not reach you at the same moment.
Check your spam folder
Email filters sometimes catch messages they should not. If your confirmation or your delivery has not appeared, please look in your spam, junk or promotions folder before anything else. Search your inbox for my name as well. Most missing emails turn up this way.
It also helps to check that the address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly. A single wrong letter is enough to send a delivery somewhere you cannot see it.
If you need to reach me
If something is wrong, or the delivery window has passed and you still cannot find your email after checking spam, write to me through the support page. Please include your order number from the confirmation email. That lets me find your order quickly and answer you without back and forth.
The support page is also the right place if you notice a mistake in the context you sent. Write as soon as you can, with your order number, and tell me what you noticed.
A note on the Future Child drawing
Because questions about family can feel tender, I want to say a little more about this one. The Psychic Drawing of Future Child is a drawing held around family, becoming a parent, or the personal meaning of that question for you. It is USD 29, and I complete it within 72 hours. You can add your name and a short family note if you would like to, though neither is required.
Like all my drawings, it is a creative spiritual offering for reflection. It is not a prediction about pregnancy, fertility or any real person's choices, and it is no substitute for medical advice. I would rather say that plainly before you order than have you expect something a drawing cannot give.
