Energy Clearing Light Language: Returning to Centre

Energy clearing light language is the simplest way I can describe Energy Clearing, one of the ten light language transmissions I recorded. In my catalogue its intention reads: clearing heaviness and returning to centre. I am Daniel, a Bulgarian Roma psychic artist in Varna, and most of my days are spent drawing in pencil and writing readings. This recording sits beside that work as something you can return to at home when the weight of a day, a week or a season starts to feel like too much to carry around.

What Energy Clearing is

Energy Clearing is one MP3 file. There is no course attached to it, no set of rules and no written translation of the sounds. The name and the intention are the whole frame. While recording, I held the idea of setting down what has gathered on you and coming back to the middle of yourself, the place where you can think and breathe more steadily.

I use the word heaviness on purpose. Most people know the feeling without needing a definition: the tiredness that sleep does not quite reach, the leftover mood from someone else's argument, the sense of walking into a room still carrying the last one. This recording does not name the cause or try to fix it. It offers a pause in which you can notice that weight and choose to put some of it down, even for a short while.

Who this recording is for

Energy Clearing may suit you if you take on the moods of the people around you and find it hard to shake them off afterwards. It may suit people who work closely with others all day, in shops, classrooms, offices or homes, and who want a small way to close that part of the day. It may also suit anyone coming out of a busy or tangled period who wants to begin again from a calmer place.

It is not the right choice if you are in danger, unwell or in crisis. A recording cannot keep you safe or treat anything. In those moments the right step is a doctor, a counsellor, emergency services or someone you trust.

Save the file somewhere you will remember, such as a folder on your phone, so it is close at hand on a heavy day.

How long it takes

Expect the link within 48 hours of purchase at most. Emails like this sometimes land in a spam or promotions folder, so look there before anything else. If two days pass and nothing has come, write to me through the support page, giving the email address you ordered with, and I will look into it.

A way to listen with this intention

Choose a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. Before you press play, name one thing you would like to put down. It can be a feeling, a worry or simply the day. Say it once, quietly or in your head. Then listen sitting or lying down, at a comfortable volume, and let your attention rest on the idea of returning to centre rather than on the thing itself.

Afterwards, open a window, drink a glass of water or step outside for a moment. A small physical action helps mark the change from one part of the day to the next. If you keep a notebook, write a line about what felt lighter and what did not. Over a few weeks those lines show you what tends to build up and when. What this recording cannot do

Energy Clearing cannot remove illness, end a conflict, change how another person behaves or protect you from harm. It is not therapy, medical treatment or mental-health care, and it should never take the place of help from a qualified professional. I make no promise about what you will feel during or after listening. What I can offer is a calm, repeatable moment held around one intention: letting heaviness go and coming back to yourself.
